This
is a multi-zone temperature control panel for a custom glass fabrication
machine. This is "free-standing type panel" is a common approach when
providing controls for larger projects. |

This
system includes flame safeguard burner management for 16 independent burner
zones, 5 variable speed drives for conveyor zone control, touch screen PLC
control, 1200 amp service, and over 2 miles of wire and cable. The
system was for a custom 5 story high, 100 foot long conveyorized oven for
drying jalapeno peppers. |

system sits between two infra-red gas fired curing ovens and provides the
